"Bought some glasses a while back"
I bought some glasses a while back. When I went to the eye doctor recently, she mentioned that these frames wouldn’t suit my prescription. I reached out to Kaussal to see if there was any possibility of returning them. Without any hesitation, he told me I could send the glasses back for a refund. He was fantastic to deal with. This guy really understands customer service.
